We offer a bespoke design service, tailored packages, and made to measure products.  We can work with you both in store and during your home survey to achieve the fire of your dreams.

We treat every install as if it's our own home.  We only supply and install products we love, trust and believe in.  Our attention to detail, quality workmanship and years of experience ensure that you will be left completely satisfied with our service - we aren't happy until you are.

We're a Gas Safe & Hetas Registered business, since 2010.  Our work is routinely inspected as part of these accreditations, and we are also required to undertake regular refresher courses so you can be sure your install will comply with all current and up to date regulation and legislature.  

Our service doesn't end when your install is complete.  We are here for our customers when they need us.  That's part of our service, we want you to feel secure and confident, knowing that the people supplying your stove in store are the same people installing your fire, but they are also the same people here to support you after your installation.  Whether it's getting the right wood, needing some extra support later on with operation or controllability, or just some impartial, friendly advice - we're here for you.

We offer a full service and maintenance package for your new fire, or an existing one you already have, including Chimney Sweeps.  Remember, most manufacturer warranties are void if your appliance hasn't been serviced regularly.  Need a reminder when your service is due?  No problem, just let us know, we'll take care of everything.
